Every day we receive so many no’s and confront so many insecurities that it is a matter of time before we feel that the wave of negativity covers us. Even I sometimes fall into that trap. How do I get rid of those thoughts that drain my energy and change my mood, affecting how I spend my days? With affirmations! Rice and beans affirmations are statements which show that you believe something is real or true. Leaders usually materialize a goal by creating an affirmation that helps them visualize that goal as achieved. This prepares your mind to be as focused as possible on the possibility of reaching the goal and not on the negativity that can affect your mental health.
How to make effective affirmations?
- You must direct them to an area of your life that needs more results.
- Include your name in affirmations or always begin with: “I am.”
- Avoid negative words. Don’t use comparison words with other people (better, worse, more, less) or start the sentence with no.
- Be realistic when writing them, don’t lie to yourself when you repeat them, but give yourself strength and hope in the nuance you use when repeating them.
Affirmations are great as a family dynamic and for creating a positive circle of influence among friends. It is a way to protect your positive energy. Cultivate an environment that invites you to grow, get better clients and increase your sales. It all starts with you. Since you will see life through the lens of the perspective that you condition yourself to have. Work to make it healthy on a mental, emotional and spiritual level. We already believe in you. Only you are missing. What are you waiting for?
