Letting go is important to progress

When we hear words like abundance and prosperity we always visualize or get thoughts focused on a lot of money, material things, victories or properties. Letting go never occurs to us as our first thought. To grow we must leave behind many things that do not contribute to becoming what makes us progress. Let’s use an example that we have in common like personal finances. To have financial health you must leave behind the impulsiveness of spending, the limiting mentality towards money and let go of debts by paying them off with the money you save, leaving behind the need to go out or spend compulsively every weekend with family and/or friends. Letting go only means that you are making room for more in your life. That is why today I want to give you strategies to begin this process in your lifestyle:

How to learn to close stages in life in a healthy way?

  • Identify and express to your circle of influence your pain towards what you are going to let go of or talk to them about the things you are going to eliminate from your lifestyle. Doing this gives us a sense of responsibility in completing the task since there are already people who know and will follow up when you talk to them again. Lean on people who do you good.
  • Avoid unnecessary exposure or temptation to what you are releasing. Why expose yourself to something that doesn’t benefit you. Think that you are going through a detox and setting limits is also important in this process.
  • It’s time to eliminate negative thoughts, work on your self-love and self-confidence. People don’t like change and you will most likely have people who will make unnecessary comments about your decisions. Don’t attack yourself, but save that energy to protect your route to success.

The most important decisions begin with our mind wondering if this will work and when we see our heart feeling happy we know we are on the right path. We will always feel resistance to change, especially if in that process we seek to put ourselves as a priority. One day at a time, one decision at a time will be the best way to experience that progress you want to see. Breathe, be patient and you will see that everything will be fine.
