Prepare yourself before the interview by getting to know the history and culture of the organization you are interested in. Practice with people you trust how you will be able to perform in the job interview, if you don’t have anyone to practice with, you can do it in front of a mirror or record yourself with your cell phone.
During the interview, maintain eye contact with the interviewer(s), make sure your posture is straight and ask all the questions you consider necessary.
